Shipping & Returns Policy
We will ship your accepted order to you at the address you provide when making the order. We do not ship to PO Boxes. You will be responsible for all associated shipping & handling charges. While we agree to use reasonable efforts to meet the shipping and delivery dates provided online, we shall not be responsible for any delays in shipments, nor for any third-party carrier delays that are beyond our control. Each order is processed the following day it was placed, but can take upto 72 hours. Orders place on the weekends or holidays may be shipped the follwoing business day. Business days are considered Monday thru Friday, unless a holiday falls on one of the previous mentioned days.
All sales are FINAL. We have a non–refundable and non-cancelation policy on all of our orders.
If an order is shipped to the address requested, and this order is returned due to the incorrect address entered by the purchaser, a $15 restocking fee will be applied to the order and the rest will be refunded to the credit card associated with the transaction.
If your purchase was incorrrect, damaged, missing or unusable please email us within 7 days at info@indycbdplus.com
We will get back to your inquires as soon as possible and it may take up to 3-5 business days to respond. All returns could be subject to a restocking fee and could be denied a refund for the shipping cost.
Indy CBD Plus refuses the right to deny any refund for any reason.
